63-hour Pre-Licensing Course

45-hour Post-Licensing Course
Real estate licensees are required by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) to complete a 45 Hour Post License Course within the first two (2) years of obtaining their real estate license.
14-hour Continuing Education Course
Stay in compliance by renewing your license as required by the state of Florida by completing this course. This class is required every two (2) years prior to your real estate license renewal. This class includes the 3-hour law and 3-hour ethic class.
28-hour Reactivation Course
